IPM7
The IPM7 series product integrated with advanced super junction MOSFETs is designed for motor drive and robust high voltage gate driving ICs in a new ultra-compact surface mountable package. This series is optimized for low-power BLDC motor drives system such as fan motors in home appliances that require highly compact size. It also features fast and precise over-temperature and over-current protection.
