EZBuck™ DC-DC Buck Regulators
The AOZ6622DI is a 18V input, 2A Synchronous buck regulator in a thermally enhanced DFN3x3 package. It has on resistance for power switches, 150mΩ for High-Side and 90mΩ for Low-Side. It is capable to output power up to 10W. The output voltage is adjustable down to 0.8V and the switching frequency is 550kHz. It features Pulse Energy Mode (PEM) to enable high efficiency in light load conditions.
