Motor Control MCU's

The dual-core AOZ6812QI high-performance motor controller incorporates an 8051 core and a motor control engine (ME) that combines FOC, MDU, LPF, PID and SVPWM modules that allow for automatic calculation of FOC or square-wave control for sensorless or sensored BLDC/PMSM motors. The highly integrated controller reduces design time and board space by integrating the dual-core MCU's, high-speed operational amplifiers, comparators, the pre-driver, a high-speed ADC, CRC, SPI, I2C, UART, LIN, CAN, Timers, and a high voltage LDO. The AOZ6812QI is ideal for sensorless trapezoidal control.
