High Voltage Gate Drivers

Alpha and Omega Semiconductor’s high voltage gate drivers are designed to control IGBTs and Power MOSFETs in the inverter system. Due to their specially-designed common mode filter, our gate drivers offer an excellent ruggedness on transient voltage variation. Our line of gate drivers are optimized for major home appliances and motor drive applications.
