The IPM7 series product integrated with advanced RC-IGBT is designed for motor drive and robust high voltage gate driving ICs in a new ultra-compact surface mountable package. This series is optimized for low-power BLDC motor drives system such as fan motors in home appliances that require highly compact size. It also features fast and precise over-temperature and over-current protection.
- Compact package: 18mm x 7.5mm
- 3-phase super junction MOSFET inverter topology for motor drives
- Integrated HVIC gate driver including bootstrap circuit
- Wide input interface (3~18V)
- Precise OTP and OCP functionality
